Terms and conditions of purchase - Iconic Lights
Consumer:
Any person who buys Goods from us for purposes which are outside their
trade, business or profession.
Goods:
The lighting and equipment products sold by us to you including packaging,
manuals and any other ancillary components or documents.
Conditions:
Means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and
any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by us.
These terms and conditions apply only to products ordered and paid for through this
website.

Product
All Iconiclights Goods are produced to relevant British and European quality
and safety standards and comply with current legislation. Measurements and wattages
are given as a guide and may vary, please check the product literature supplied
with the Goods.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude the price of delivery
unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Goods can be paid for by credit or debit card.
Payment can be made using the secure checkout built into the iconiclights.co.uk
website, or by either Google Checkout or Paypal Express, all options being available
at the point of checkout on the site.
Delivery
Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday.
Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra fee of £16. To add Saturday delivery just
click 'Add' on the shopping cart page.
All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge anywhere in mainland Great Britain.
Any orders less than £50 will be subject to a £4.95 delivery Charge.

within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment,
In the unlikely event of Goods being
unavailable for dispatch within 7 days you will be contacted by our Customer Service team and
will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty.
Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of payment, but
may take up to 7 days for some larger products that require specialist courier delivery.
If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be
left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be
made.
If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will
be returned to Iconiclights.
Please note you should examine your Goods at point of delivery.
If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so
wish refuse the delivery.
Cancellation, Returns And Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order at any time you must contact us in writing (letter, email or fax),
quoting your name, item code and order number within 7 days of delivery of the Goods. The date of delivery will be
as recorded by our courier.
At iconiclights.co.uk we offer a 7 day no questions asked money back guarantee.
You must contact us in writing
(letter, email or fax),quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 7 days of
delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.
The date of delivery will be as recorded by our courier.
Once we have your contact details, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the
issue and in the case of Goods to be returned, give you an authorisation number.
Goods sent back to Iconiclights without a returns authorisation number will not
be accepted.
All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with
all other associated components sent with them such as light bulbs and fixing packs.
Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be
in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against
loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection
is arranged by Iconiclights.
Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.
Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.

Warranty/Guarantee
Iconiclights guarantees all Goods (excluding light bulbs) for 1 year from the date of receipt
against defective parts, materials and manufacture (Please see returns policy above).
A qualified
electrician must carry out installation of Goods to applicable standards where relevant otherwise
this guarantee will be void.
If Goods have become damaged as a result of misuse this warranty is void.
After 7 working days from the date of delivery, Goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependant
upon the nature of the fault.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Damaged or faulty Goods will be replaced or refunded.
You must notify Iconiclights within 7 days of receipt (see Returns policy above).
Iconiclights are in no way responsible for any cost incurred due to faulty Goods
or shortages such as electrician fees, time taken from place of employment etc.
