Q - How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
A. Shopping with iconiclights.co.uk is safe because our secure server software encrypts your credit or debit card number and converts it
into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
When you sign up/login you will be taken to our secure area. You can
tell your on a secure page by viewing the padlock symbol that appears in the address bar.

Q - How do I place an order on iconiclights.co.uk?
A. You can place an order by the following 3 steps:
1. Click on the add button next to the particular product(s) you wish to purchase.
2. Click on the "Checkout" button which takes you to our order form.
3. Enter your personal information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server.
Alternatively you can contact us via the contact form, our Freephone number 0808 100 99 33 or email us at
iconic@iconiclights.co.uk to place your order.
Q - What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Switch and Master-Card. If you are already registered with PayPal or Google you can check out using your account without signing up to us.
You can also pay us by cheque and bank or building society cheques (please make all cheques
payable to Trident Ltd)
Q. Do iconiclights.co.uk's prices include VAT?
A. All our prices include VAT at 17.5%
Q - What currency do you accept?
A. We accept payment in Euros or British pounds. However, all transactions will be completed in British pounds sterling. This means that
when you choose Euros in the currency drop down box, the price is the conversion (iconiclights.co.uk current exchange rate) of British
pounds sterling.
Q - What happens if I cancel my order?
A. Please see our cancellation policy or contact us on our Freephone number 0808 100 99 33.

Q - Can I collect the item to speed things up / save the postage cost?
A. Unfortunately due to safety and security restrictions, collections from our warehouse
cant be arranged.
Q - Can you post the item outside the UK?
A. Free delivery on orders over £50 is only available in Mainland UK.
We can however deliver to Europe or even further. Please contact us for a custom shipping price
as it varies from country to country.
Q - What is your delivery policy?

Q - When can I expect my order?
A. Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of payment, but may take up to 7 days for some larger
products that require specialist courier delivery.
Q - What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
A. On rare occasions gifts sustain minor damage during shipping or contain a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately
on our Freephone number 0808 100 99 33 and we will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and new products to be despatched out to
you immediately.
Q - Saturday Deliveries/Next day delivery
A. These services are extra to our normal delivery charges. Saturday delivery in
the UK will cost an additional £16 and prices for everywhere else will be quoted on an individual basis, charges are subject to the items being
delivered.
If you want an item delivered urgently please let us know before
you pay for the item.

Q - Do you have a customer service website?
A. Yes. The Trident customer service website covers our iconic site and can be found by clicking on this

Q - I have not had a reply to the email I sent you
A. Due to the high volume of emails we receive every day, we apologise in advance if we cannot answer every email
personally. However we do try to answer all emails within 24 hours if not sooner.
Emails that our sent to us over the weekend between
Friday 5pm and Monday 8am, will get a reply as soon as we can on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Please note we answer your enquiries within the following working hours:
Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Please be patient if you do not get an immediate response, we
shall endeavour to answer all your enquiries as soon as possible.
However, if you are having trouble with accessing your emails, please call our helpdesk telephone number (0808 100 99 33) .
When you call, please state the 5 digital product reference code which can be found
on the leaflet and on the box of the product. This will help us answer your
enquiry quickly.
Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts.
We have had trouble replying to people with these two types of accounts because the
email host believes that the replying email is junk. Therefore if you have
one of the two accounts please check your junk mail box to make sure our reply has
not ended up there.
